Phil Odlin is a legendary motorcycle racer who has left an indelible mark on the world of racing. With numerous victories and podium finishes to his name, he has proven himself as one of the best in the business. In 1978, Phil Odlin made his debut at the Newcomers Manx Grand Prix riding a Honda. It was here that he showcased his immense talent and potential, setting the stage for what would be an illustrious career ahead. Throughout the years, Phil Odlin rode for various teams including Yamaha, Granby Yamaha, and Luke Honda. In 1979, he participated in the Formula Two TT race with Honda and displayed exceptional skill on the track. This was just a glimpse of what was to come. The following year saw him ride for Luke Honda in the Senior TT event where he once again proved his mettle by delivering an outstanding performance. His dedication to perfection paid off when he secured victory in this prestigious race. Phil's success continued into 1981 when he competed in both Formula Two TT races with Honda. The combination of his expertise and determination propelled him forward as he crossed finish lines triumphantly. In 1982, Phil joined forces with Granby Yamaha for another shot at glory in Formula Two TT races. Riding their powerful machines, he demonstrated unparalleled speed and precision throughout these thrilling events. However, it was in 1984 that Phil truly shone brightly on two wheels. He raced under different banners - first with Yamaha during Production TT before switching back to Granby Yamaha for another go at Formula Two TT races later that year. These performances solidified his status as a force to be reckoned with within motorsport circles. Even after decades of racing experience behind him, Phil Odlin showed no signs of slowing down as evidenced by his participation in a special parade lap during the 2016 TT event riding a Honda bike once again.
