From the shakedown stage, Armin Schwarz showcased his skills behind the wheel of the Skoda Fabia WRC, while Chris Atkinson pushed his Subaru Impreza WRC to its limits. Jan Kopecky faced adversity when damage befell his Skoda Fabia WRC on Stage 16, highlighting the unforgiving nature of this challenging rally. Sebastien Loeb emerged victorious, displaying unparalleled skill as he cut across grass for a fast line on Stage 18 in his Citroen Xsara WRC. His exceptional driving secured him a well-deserved win and left spectators in awe. Francois Duval claimed second place overall and was congratulated at the final service by fellow competitors in Bostalsee. Team principal Guy Frequelin joined them to celebrate Sebastien Loeb's triumph at the Citroen service area – a testament to their collective efforts throughout this grueling event. The excitement continued with Guy Wilks impressively jumping his Suzuki Swift Super 1600 on Stage 4, captivating both fans and fellow racers alike.
