The event showcased a stunning array of vintage cars that left spectators in awe. Among the standout participants was Helmut Gassmann, who took the track by storm in his remarkable CM21 1673 Connaught B-type. With its sleek design and powerful engine, it was a true sight to behold as it zoomed past competitors. Not far behind was Stephan Rettenmaier, piloting the legendary Maserati 250F (CM21 1676). This iconic car's distinctive roar echoed through the air as it effortlessly maneuvered around corners with precision and grace. Barry Cannell made heads turn with his Ferrari 555 Super Squalo (CM21 1669), exuding elegance and power on every lap. Its vibrant red exterior shimmered under the sun, leaving an indelible mark on all who witnessed its performance. Marshall Bailey proved his mettle behind the wheel of his Lotus-Climax 16 (CJ9 7731), showcasing exceptional skill and control throughout each lap. The crowd couldn't help but cheer as he pushed boundaries and demonstrated why he is considered one of the best drivers in this prestigious competition. The assembly area panorama (CJMP) provided a breathtaking view of these magnificent machines lined up side by side—a testament to their timeless beauty and enduring legacy in motorsport history. Nick Adams wowed spectators with his Ferguson Climax Project 99 (CM31 8539), while Richard Wilson commanded attention in his Ferrari 246 Dino (CM31 8557). Both drivers exhibited masterful control over their vehicles, leaving everyone spellbound by their performances. Will Nuthall's presence was felt not once but thrice during this exhilarating race.
