Rob Fisher, a legendary sidecar racer, has left an indelible mark on the Isle of Man TT races. In 1993, he teamed up with Vince Butler to conquer the challenging course and emerge as winners in the Sidecar TT. The following year, Fisher showcased his skills at Tower Bends alongside Mike Wynn on their Yamaha machine. The year 1995 witnessed Fisher's prowess as he fearlessly left the line in Race A and conquered Parliament Square in Race B. His determination was unwavering as he tackled Windy Corner and triumphantly raced through the Gooseneck in subsequent years. Fisher's partnership with Rick Long proved fruitful when they rode together for DMR in 2002, leaving spectators awestruck at their synchronized maneuvers during the Sidecar TT. Another memorable collaboration took place that same year when Fisher joined forces with Nick Long from LMS. Throughout his career, Fisher consistently pushed himself to new heights. In 1994, he navigated through Tower Bends alongside Mike Wynn on a Jacobs Yamaha machine before tackling the treacherous bends of The Bungalow later that year. Fisher's dedication paid off once again in 1998 when he partnered with Rick Long riding a Baker Yamaha to achieve yet another remarkable performance at the Sidecar TT. Rob Fisher will forever be remembered as one of the greats who graced this prestigious event. With each race won and every corner conquered, his legacy continues to inspire future generations of sidecar racers aiming for greatness at Isle of Man TT races.
