"Capturing the Essence of Storefronts: A Glimpse into History and Culture" Step back in time to 1939, where men gather in front of the Board of Trade bar and gambling house in Butte, Montana. Traveling further south, we find ourselves at the entrance of the Same Old Moses Saloon in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Moses Weinberger proudly stands at its threshold alongside bartenders Mack O'Brien and Ike Reed. This establishment holds a significant place in history as the first legal saloon in the Oklahoma Territory since 1890. Moving forward to 1941, we stroll through a street nestled within Chicago's African American section.
