"Tang: A Vibrant Yellow Delight in the Oceanopolis of Brest, France" In the fall of 1953, amidst the historical events of Pekingese, a captivating exhibition at Oceanopolis Brest, France showcased portraits of Chinese emperors, empresses, and famous men. Amongst these majestic depictions was a mischievous Tang Dynasty Priest Figure that caught everyone's attention. As visitors marveled at the intricate artwork on display, their gaze shifted to a peculiar creature swimming gracefully in an aquarium nearby. It was a juvenile Pletail unicornfish with its horn slowly growing as it matured. This enchanting fish reminded them of the vibrant Yellow Tangs found in coral reefs across the Pacific Ocean from Hawaii to the Philippines. The allure continued as they explored further into tropical marine aquaria where an Achilles Tang from the Tropical Indo-Pacific region captivated their imagination. Its striking colors and unique patterns left an indelible mark on their memories. Transported back in time to early 1900s Beijing through Lung Wang Tang's photographs, they were fascinated by how this bustling city once looked. The images depicted life during China's golden era with hints of tradition and modernity intertwined. Their journey concluded with composite images showcasing blue tropical reef fish against a black background - Blue triggerfish, Bicolour angelfish, Elongate surgeonfish - all dancing harmoniously alongside the vibrant Yellowtail tang or surgeonfish. Another composite image beckoned them towards yellow tropical reef fish; Falcula butterflyfish fluttered elegantly while Yellow boxfish added splashes of color. Golden butterflyfish shimmered like precious gems while Red Sea clownfish playfully darted around coral formations. Before bidding farewell to this mesmerizing exhibit at Oceanopolis Brest, one last glimpse captured their attention - Bluespine unicornfish gliding effortlessly through Shark Reef towards Jolande within Ras Mohammed National Park.
