Tsar Nicholas II, the last emperor of Russia, was a figure who witnessed both the grandeur and downfall of his empire. In 1897, he earned the endearing title "The Little Father, " symbolizing his paternal role in leading his nation. His wedding to Princess Alix of Hesse-Darmstadt on November 26th was celebrated with great pomp and splendor – an occasion that brought hope for happiness amid looming challenges ahead. The Russian Imperial Yacht Standart represented opulence associated with Tsar Nicholas II's reign.
