Dr. Bromby...was consecrated in Canterbury Cathedral on the 29th of June last...[He] was introduced on that occasion by Bishop Nixon, his predecessor in the see of Tasmania, and by the Bishop of Gloucester and Bristol, whose diocese has been for some time past the scene of his labours as the Principal of the Church of England Normal Training College, at Cheltenham'.
