The beautiful illustration was drawn and lithographed by the talented Worthington G. Smith in 1872 for Henry Honywood Dombrain's Floral Magazine. Worthington G. Smith (1835-1917) was an architect, engraver, and mycologist, whose artistic abilities extended beyond his primary fields.
