The West London Extension Railway passes under the Fulham Road and runs from left to right while the branch to Waltham Green Station is seen in the left of the picture. On the lower side of the railway towards the left is the large building of the Western District Fever Hospital and on the other side of the railway the Brompton Cemetery. 7 November 1908, 12.23 pm.
