A display the largest in London, was put on by Courtalds for their 11th Christmas presentation in Hanover Square, especially for the children. The theme of the display was of the Dick Whittingtons famous story, " From Rags to Riches". Children including their fathers expressed keen interest in the display. A hug for a model reindeer from 4 year old Mark Powell of Lower Kingswood, Surrey who was in London shopping with his mother because the animals in the display were so life-like.
