Many scouts will take part and an artist at Borehamwood is helping boys who will test their trollies on a course he has selected. These small kids of Finsbury Park are going to have their own Derby. As soap boxes are in short supply they are getting material and old pram wheels form derelict sites to build their boxes on wheels. June 1950
