Concavenator corcovatus dinosaur, computer artwork. This hump-backed therapod dinosaur lived approximately 130 million years ago, during the Barremian era of the early Cretaceous period (around 146-100 million years ago) in what is now Spain. Apart from the large crested hump (red) on its hips, this dinosaur also had quill knobs on the forelimb, a feature known only in birds and other feathered theropods. However, in this instance it is thought that the quill knobs anchored simple hollow quill-like structures, and not actual feathers
