The launch of Soyuz 29S of his PromISSe Mission is planned for Christmas 2011 with a return in June 2012 to Earth. Andr© will be the prime operator for the ATV-3 Eduardo Amaldi rendezvous, if need he will interupt the automatic docking and will take over. Andr© will also operate with the Japanese Station and Japanese Remote Manipulator System, perform as a crew medical officer, will be in possible EVAs and work as a flight enigneer and right hand of his Commander Kononenko
