Sukhoi Superjet 100 assembly. Engineers working on assembling the Sukhoi Superjet 100, previously known as the Russian Regional Jet (RRJ). This aeroplane can seat 60-95 people. It is being designed and constructed by the Russian aerospace company Sukhoi, with collaboration from many aerospace companies from other countries. This assembly took place in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, in the Khabarovskyi region of Russias Far East. The construction company is KNaPO, and this photograph was taken on 24 April 2006. The first Sukhoi Superjet 100 was completed in January 2007. The first flight is scheduled for September 2007
