When debs must learn to talk .. These three young ladies are debutantes. For years now they have been acquiring societies regulation polish and well-bred elegance before stepping out into the big, wide world. They may even have thought that they knew everything about things like deportment until yesterday. For they are pictured above being taught how to walk again. Walk, that is, like professional fashion models. The girls didn't mind one bit. For they are among sixteen debs chosen to be models at next month's Berkeley Debutante Dress Show. March 1966 P032377

Boxer Chris Finnegan is happy to be on the receiving end for once. For that is actress Julie Ege, a knock-out by any standards, giving him the treatment. The Lavender Hill Mob-a group of boxers who train at a pub in Lavender Hill London chose Julie as their president. And yesterday she turned up at a training session. She found Chris, a dual champion, getting into shape for a fight next week. Being in good shape herself, she tended the champ between rounds, showing him the ropes. A sure way, you may think, for a boxer to warn up for a fight. April 1972 P
