This aerial photograph, taken by Aerofilms Ltd in July 1920, captures the bustling maritime scene at Albert Dock in Liverpool, England. The image offers a unique bird's-eye view of the intricate network of docks and waterways that once formed the heart of Liverpool's thriving port. At the center of the photograph lies Albert Dock, a historic waterfront development that opened in 1846. Its distinctive horseshoe shape and elegant cast-iron columns are clearly visible, as are the various ships moored at the quayside.
