This hand-colored copperplate engraving, created by Giovanni Antonio Sasso for Giulio Ferrario's "Costumes Ancient and Modern of the Peoples of the World" published in Florence in 1847, offers a fascinating glimpse into the traditional costumes of the Gabr disciples, Armenians, and Kurds.
