In this photograph, we find ourselves transported back in time to the Historic Racing Drivers Club (HRDC) Jack Sears Trophy event at the iconic Silverstone Grand Prix Motor Circuit in Towcester, Northamptonshire, England, October 2022. The scene is set for a thrilling 45-minute race, featuring a diverse grid of classic touring cars that preceded the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) events. At the heart of the action is the Lotus Ford Cortina Mk1 driven by the talented Niall McFadden. The HRDC Jack Sears Trophy is contested across five classes: Coombs, Leston, Mann, Rhodes, and Sears.
