Miss Fryniwyd Tennyson Jesse (1888-1958) by Madame Yevonde. She was an English criminologist, journalist and author, sometimes using the pen name Wynifried Margaret Tennyson. She was a great-niece of the poet Tennyson. Her new play, The Pelican, co-written with her husband Harold Marsh Harwood, was in production at the Ambassadors Theatre, London. Date: 1924
