The Right Honourable Sir Edward Hobart Seymour, GCB, OM, GCVO, PC, was a man of great distinction and achievement in the Royal Navy. The admiral's uniform, complete with braid and gold buttons, is a testament to his long and illustrious career. His chest is bedecked with an impressive array of medals, including the Order of the Bath, the Order of Merit, and the Royal Victorian Order. The gold-embroidered collar of the Order of the Bath can be seen peeking out from the open neck of his jacket.
