They just go and sit up to their necks in the pool which their keeper Bill Mall fills with cold water for them each day. But there is a new boy in the den at the moment, he is Junior the 3 month old cub of Nimana and Kurten two of the older Tigers in the den. Nimana has been trying to get her cub into the pool but hes not too sure that he likes it. He usually peers into the water then tastes it and eventually sits in it. July 1981 P004217

In this adorable print captured back in July 1981 by Mirrorpix, we see Junior cautiously peering into the water before finally mustering up enough courage to taste it.
