Easton Hall was originally built by Sir Henry Cholmeley but underwent significant alterations and expansions by Sir Montague Cholmeley in 1805. However, it was during the mid-19th century that another Sir Montague rebuilt much of the early 19th-century structure. Tragically, after being requisitioned during World War II, this stately home met its untimely end when it was demolished around 1951. The photograph showcases the stunning Victorian architecture with its intricate gables and impressive facade.
