Lambert, and published as part of "A Description of the Genus Pinus" in 1803, offers a fascinating glimpse into the world of Araucaria columnaris and A. heterophyllo. These two distinctive members of the Araucaria family, native to Cook's Norfolk Island, are brought to life through the intricate details of this beautiful illustration.
