At the time, this historic aircraft was part of the Royal Australian Air Force Museum's collection. The CA-16 Wirraway is a classic Australian-designed training aircraft, which first flew in 1934. It served the RAAF with distinction during World War II, and was later used for various roles including target towing and aerobatics.
