Leudaste, once a lowly serf, cunningly rose to become the powerful Count of Tours through deceit and manipulation. However, his lecherous ways and devious schemes eventually caught up with him as he found himself fleeing from a host of enemies seeking revenge.
In a desperate bid for mercy, Leudaste sought refuge with the queen, only to meet a brutal end at her hands. The queen, unmoved by his pleas, ordered him to be battered to death as punishment for his crimes.
