Joyeuse Entree: A Triumphant Celebration of King Albert's Entry into Brussels, 1909 This elegant music cover, titled "Joyeuse Entree: Marche Brilliante" (Joyful Entry: Brilliant March), was composed by Alidor Thiry in commemoration of a significant historical event in Belgian royalty. The image on the cover depicts King Albert I of Belgium, proudly riding on horseback, leading his troops through the triumphant entry into Brussels on December 23, 1909. King Albert's return to Brussels was a cause for great celebration.
