A Scene of Relaxed Domesticity: Washing Up After a Fancy Breakfast at a 1930s Camping Site (Picture 2/2) In the second instalment of this candid 1930s camping series, we find our intrepid campers enjoying a luxurious breakfast at their well-appointed campsite (as seen in Picture 1: 13127654). The table, adorned with a pristine white tablecloth, is set for a delightful meal, complete with fine china, teapot, and teacups. The warm glow of the sun filters through the canvas of their smart, spacious tent, casting a soft, golden light over the scene. However, the tranquil moment is short-lived as the young chap, having savoured his fill of the sumptuous spread, has made a hasty exit. His partner and mother are now left to tackle the unglamorous task of washing up.
