On the right side of the print, the figure of Religion, represented by a woman holding a cross illuminated by the sun, stands as a beacon of hope and morality. On the left, a cluster of figures is engaged in a heroic struggle. An angel-like woman, labeled as "la Religion," reaches out to save two figures, "le Clerge" (the clergy) and "la Noblesse" (the nobility), from the clutches of a serpent-like woman.
