This photograph captures the moment of enthusiastic reception given to Princess Royal Victoria (Vicky) of the United Kingdom (1840-1901) and her new husband, Crown Prince Frederick William of Prussia (1831-1888), as they made their way through the streets of Windsor on their wedding day in 1858.
