Solomon's Idolatry, 1514 - A Glimpse into Biblical Worship

EDITORS COMMENTS
. In this print titled "Solomon's Idolatry" created by Lucas van Leyden in the 16th century, we are transported back to a biblical scene of immense significance. The engraving depicts King Solomon, a revered figure in Judaism and Christianity, standing before an imposing statue while surrounded by his people.
