Designed by London architect, John Wright, the restaurant was able to seat up to 750 at one time. Screen sculptures at the entrance and in each bay are by Geoffrey Clarke. The Canberra which went out of service in 1997 was the largest ship to be built by the Harland & Wolff ship yard since White Stars Britannic in 1914
