Born in Regensburg, Bavaria, Glaetzl rose to prominence through his legal and administrative expertise, serving as a councilor in the Imperial Chamber Court and later becoming the Imperial Vice-Chancellor in 1712. The image showcases Glaetzl's refined attire, indicative of his high social standing. He wears a black doublet with gold trim, a white lace jabot, and a fur-trimmed cloak.
