Framed and mounted 17x12 print. Professionally handmade full timber moulded frames are finished off with framers tape and come with a hanging solution on the back. This evocative photograph captures the moment of Italian victory in the Battle of Adwa, a pivotal event in the Italian invasion of Ethiopia in 1935. The Italian army, well-equipped with modern weaponry and tactical advantages, had successfully overwhelmed the poorly prepared and ill-equipped Ethiopian forces.
