The soldier wears a green tunic with red collar and cuffs, adorned with gold buttons and a yellow stripe on the sleeves, signifying his rank. His trousers are also green, and he wears a brown leather belt with a brass buckle. On his head sits the distinctive Puskásshát, a Hungarian military hat with a wide brim and a red cockade. A rifle slung over his shoulder and a back pack on his back complete his ensemble. The standard bearer sergeant carries a large, ornate flag, its fabric billowing in the wind. His uniform is similar to the soldier's, but with additional gold accents and a sash across his chest. He also wears a white glove on his right hand, a sign of his role as a standard bearer.
