Nina Dyer was previously married to the industrialist, Baron Heinrich von Thyssen. Their marriage was dissolved in 1956 and on becoming engaged to Prince Sadruddin, she adoped the faith of Islam and changed her name to Shirin, which means Sweetness. Date: 1957
