Quality timber frame frame moulding (20mm wide and 30mm deep) with frame colours in your choice of black, white, or raw oak and a choice of black or white card mounts. Frames have a perspex front providing a virtually unbreakable glass-like finish which is easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

Born in County Meath, Ireland, in 1840, he rose through the ranks to become a highly respected and decorated military commander. This photograph captures Sir Thomas Kelly-Kenny in his later years, with a stern yet resolute expression that belies his impressive military career. Dressed in full uniform, complete with decorations and medals, he exudes an air of authority and experience. Kelly-Kenny joined the British Army in 1857, serving in India during the Second Anglo-Afghan War and the Indian Mutiny. He saw action in several major battles, including the Battle of Maharajpore and the Battle of Aliwal. For his bravery and leadership, he was awarded the Victoria Cross, the highest military decoration for valour in the face of the enemy. In the late 1800s, Kelly-Kenny served in various command positions in Ireland, Malta, and South Africa.
