Well, thats just champion: It was a case of n well, fancy meeting you here... for those two stars of the hit television series, The Champions, Alexandra-Bastedo and Stuart Damon as they met up again in Peterlee on the night of May 18, 1971. Stuart was appearing in cabaret at the Senata Club, in Peterlee n a club which only opened last night. Strangely enough, Alex was starring in eConduct Unbecomingi at the Sunderland Empire and couldnit resist popping over to see how her television fellow secret agent was getting on. Their comments?
