John Lennon and Yoko Ono pooled their artistic resources to create this piece of " sculpture" for an exhibition in Coventry Cathedral ruins. The circular wrought iron seat was placed just outside the ruins as the organisers said it wasn t a sculpture as such and should not be amongst well known sculptors such as Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworths work. In the centre of the seat they planted 2 acorns which were later pinched. The plaque which carried the name of the work " Yoko by John and John by Yoko" was also pinched soon afterwards.

. In June 1968, the iconic duo John Lennon and Yoko Ono joined forces to create a unique piece of artwork for an exhibition in Coventry Cathedral ruins. The organizers deliberately excluded this creation from being classified as a traditional sculpture, as they believed it didn't belong among renowned sculptors like Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth.
