The driving force behind the exhibition is Ernie Crust, of Middlesbrough and District Motor Club, a keen motorcycling historian. Pictured with a Douglas motorbike and sidecar loaned by the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu and used by Dixon when he was the first Isle of Man sidecarTT winner in 1923.
