Mia, and her seven sidlings, were abandoned on a county road in El Dorado, Arkansas. Their mom was no where to be found, and they were not old enough to survive without her. Had they not been found that day, they would not have survived. Mia's wardrobe was provided by Internationally acclaimed Pet Couturier, Anthony Rubio. Anthony has graciously jumped on board with our Shelter Pets Project and you will be seeing more of his masterpieces on our UCAPS kids. With their mother nowhere to be found and too young to survive without her, their fate hung in the balance until they were discovered that fateful day. Thanks to the intervention of caring individuals, these adorable pups were given a chance at life. Mia's wardrobe for this photoshoot was generously provided by internationally acclaimed Pet Couturier, Anthony Rubio.
