In this stunning photograph, Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester, is seen on her wedding day, wearing the beautiful gown she donned for her marriage to Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester on the 13th of November 1935. The elegant bridal attire, which was designed by the renowned British fashion designer, Madame Lucille, was a vision of grace and sophistication. The gown, which was made from imported silk, featured a high neckline, long sleeves, and a flowing train. The intricate beadwork and embroidery on the bodice added an exquisite touch to the dress, making it a true masterpiece. Princess Alice, who was the only daughter of the 6th Duke of Buccleuch and his wife, Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, was just 21 years old at the time of her wedding.
