A traditional honour is bestowed upon King Louis Philippe at Windsor Castle: Upon entering the Chapter-room, his Majesty was received by the Sovereign [Queen Victoria] and the Knights Companions, standing, and placed in a chair of state on the right hand of the Sovereign.
