Silver table ornament, 1680-1699, (1881). Etching of an ornament or salt cellar decorated with dolphins, made in the late 17th century by silversmith Sebastian Juvarra of Messina, Sicily. From " The South Kensington Museum", a book of engraved illustrations, with descriptions, of the works of art in the collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum in London (formerly known as the South Kensington Museum).
