The image showcases a stunning townhouse that exudes opulence, reflecting the refined taste and wealth of its owners. George Blumenthal, a prominent financier, philanthropist, and art collector, spared no expense in creating this showplace mansion. Designed with European architectural influences, the residence boasted an impressive colonnade and loggia adorned with exquisite columns. Inside, it housed an extensive art collection featuring precious objecs d'art from around the world. One notable feature was a large interior patio complex originally sourced from the abandoned castle of Velez Blanco in Spain. This unique addition added to the grandiose ambiance of the home while showcasing Mr. Blumenthal's passion for history and culture.
