On the left panel the kneeling founder Willem Jelysz van Soutelande (d. 1515-16) in the armor of a knight of the Brotherhood of the Holy Land. An altar in front of him with an open book, behind him seven men (his sons?) And St. James Major. In the sky an angel with the arms of Jacob de Wael van Rozenburg (dec. 1524) a citizen of Haarlem. On the right panel the kneeling founder Kathrijn van der Graft Willemsdochter (dec. 1490-91), also kneeling in worship for an altar with a book opened. Behind her eight wives (her daughters?) And St. Mary Magdalene. In the sky an angel with the arms of Margriet van Waveren. On the outside of the panels are the weapons of Van Soutelande and the alliance weapon Van der Graft-Van Soutelande.
