The Swan, which was run by Hoare & Company Limited (not to be confused with the financial services company of the same name), is shown here in its prime, with a bustling crowd likely spilling out onto the pavement, enjoying a pint or two after a long day's work. The pub's address, SE15 6TL, is proudly displayed, a testament to its long-standing presence in the community.
