Wallace, G.G.Aitken, G.P.S.Macpherson, and I.S.Smith. Their collective efforts significantly contributed to Scotland's grand slam in the Five Nations tournament that year. Macpherson, an integral part of the team, is unfortunately absent from the fixture against Ireland in Dublin due to an injury. His place was honorably filled by J.C.Dykes.
