From Dior.The Plumber's Mate Look: Christine Mullin, on the left in the picture, may give the impression that she has just popped round to fix the burst pipes. Such misunderstandings are, of course, among the hazards of being a dedicated follower of fashion. In fact, model Christine's trendy plumber's dungarees are the latest from Dior. They were shown on Tuesday (5-3-68) in the Diorling London boutique's off-the-peg collection. Designer Jorn Langberg chose the Matelot Look, as in model Virginia WannacottIs striped dress. Christine's outfit has the sailor touch, too. Apparently, they wear dungarees in the French Navy. It is unlikely, however, that they - or you plumber will trot round to Dior for spares.
