This print titled "Arthropods, c. 1860" takes us back to the 19th century, showcasing a vibrant array of arthropods in all their glory. The German School artist beautifully captured these fascinating creatures, highlighting their intricate details and vivid colors. From left to right, we can admire the majestic Riesenkalmar (giant squid), with its long tentacles gracefully floating through the water.
